RN Weekend Supervisor Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage weekend operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes

  • Coordinate and assign tasks to staff members, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to schedules

  • Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed

  • Assist with development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing, scheduling, and performance
