ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage weekend operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
Coordinate and assign tasks to staff members, ensuring adequate coverage and adherence to schedules
Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
Assist with development and implementation of policies, procedures, and protocols
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to staffing, scheduling, and performance
