American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Level 3/4 NICU night shift contract requiring a minimum of 2 years Level 3 NICU experience and NRP/BLS certification.

• Level 3/4 NICU unit within a hospital setting
• 97-bed unit staffed with approximately 200 team members
• Patient ratio of 3-4 patients per RN
• Uses Medfusion pumps, Alaris pumps, Giraffe Isolettes, and GE monitors
• EMR systems used: CPN and Meditech
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No on-call requirements
• 13-week contract assignment

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP certification required (Advanced 9th Edition)
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility as no local candidates will be considered
• Experienced travelers preferred over first-time travelers
• Navy scrub color required per unit dress code
• No nail polish or artificial nails permitted per unit policy
• Ideal candidates are friendly, outgoing, and compassionate
