Vellum Health is seeking a full-time Infusion Registered Nurse to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Austin region. This mobile role requires travel between sites and offers daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
You will administer infusion therapy and blood transfusions, monitor patient responses, and document care using our mobile platform. Active Texas RN license, BLS, and IV/infusion experience are required; ACLS preferred.
