Texas Oncology offers a Winter Nurse Residency for recent RN graduates, starting January 2027 in the Austin/San Antonio region. The 10-week program combines didactic and clinical components, with the first two weeks in Dallas and the remaining weeks at a designated site in the Austin/San Antonio area.
Ideal candidates are BSN students or recent graduates, Texas-licensed RNs, and must have current BCLS certification.
