Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional emergency care in a busy emergency department. This contract position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team, delivering critical patient services with professionalism and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately upon arrival to prioritize care.
• Administer treatments, medications, and procedures according to physicians’ orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient status continuously, recognize emergencies, and respond promptly.
• Document patient information comprehensively in the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license from a recognized state board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, ENPC, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
