Hospice Austin is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive hospice care in both homecare and facility settings in the Spicewood/Austin area. The role includes admissions visits, care planning, symptom management, education for families and facility staff, and coordination with physicians and the IDT.
The RN will supervise CNAs and other staff, ensure timely documentation, and collaborate across hospital and care team to facilitate smooth transitions of care.
