Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our hospice team in Austin, Texas. You will provide medical care to patients, determine eligibility, and manage pain and symptom control as part of the interdisciplinary team.
Ideal candidates hold an active NP license in Texas, demonstrate knowledge of Medicare conditions of participation, and have strong technology skills, including mobile device use; CPR certification is required.
