Specialty Leadership:
Direct daily operations, work-flows, and clinical staff across high-acuity specialty departments.Operational Oversight:
Manage patient access and evaluate unit work-flows to ensure seamless care delivery.Competency-Based Delegation:
Assign duties aligned with staff skill levels while continuously monitoring clinical proficiency.Quality Architecture:
Lead performance improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and policy updates alongside leadership.Talent Management:
Drive full lifecycle staff development, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, and mentoring.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- One or more of the following:
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
- Leadership experience preferred
