Schedule: Days | Full-time

• Unit Operations: Oversee daily workflows, nursing resources, and care delivery for assigned units.

• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to internal policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.

• Staff Management: Direct the full talent lifecycle, from recruitment and training to staff development and evaluation.

• Quality Improvement: Resolve operational roadblocks and design policies to optimize patient care services.

• Financial Oversight: Manage unit budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with financial guidelines.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience required.
• 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
