Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated emergency veterinarian to join a busy specialty and emergency referral environment serving a diverse small animal caseload.
This role offers the opportunity to practice emergency medicine alongside experienced clinicians, with an emphasis on collaboration, respect across teams, and flexibility to support different career stages and scheduling preferences.
Qualifications Needed:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent qualification
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure within Texas
- Previous emergency experience or completion of an internship preferred
- Interest in continued learning and clinical skill development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Triage and stabilisation of emergency and critical care patients
- Development and execution of diagnostic and treatment plans
- Clear communication with clients during urgent and stressful situations
- Collaboration with specialty and support teams to optimise outcomes
