Lead / Managing Veterinarian – Travis Country Animal Hospital Austin, TX | up to $175,000 + | $25,000 bonus package

Travis Country Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role at one of Austin's most established and well-regarded small animal practices. If you're a strong surgeon with the clinical confidence to lead a team this role was built for you.

Fully equipped with digital radiography (general and dental), Idexx in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, a dedicated surgery suite, wet tables in treatment, and four newly remodeled exam rooms.

• Up to $175,000 earning potential, quarterly production bonuses
• $25,000 signing bonus with a straightforward 24‑month pro‑rated claw‑back (retention bonus has no claw‑back)
• Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, CE allowance and CE days
• Joint Venture ownership on the table for the right candidate
