Reliable Grounds Keeper needed for multiple Apartment Communities – some experience necessary!
We are looking for the BEST of the BEST…CALL TODAY WORK TOMORROW!
Job Description- Pick up trash & debris from grounds
- Water plants
- Lawn care
- Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up.
- Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
- Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
- Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
- Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun).
- Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!
- Possess a valid I.D.
- Have reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a background check
- The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
