Looking for a leader willing buckle down and get maintenance projects completed on time, but willing to offer next level service to our clients with expert gardening information.

• Prune, weed, and maintain Texas native plants according to their specific seasonal needs.
• Efficiently operate riding mowers and power equipment to maintain large residential and commercial lawns within scheduled time frames.
• Monitor plant health, soil conditions, and irrigation needs to provide proactive care.
• Act as a brand ambassador on-site, identifying opportunities for property enhancements and helping the team maintain a reputation for excellence.
• Deep familiarity with Texas native species and their maintenance cycles.
• Skilled in operating riding mowers, blowers, and trimmers safely and quickly.
• Willingness to pivot from meticulous hand-pruning to large-scale mowing without hesitation.
• Track record of punctuality and hard work in the Texas heat.

$20 - $24 per hour (Based on experience)

• 2 weeks PTO
• Holiday Pay
