As a key leader in our hospital, you will drive positive change and growth, shaping our vision, fostering an exceptional culture, and maintaining high standards of care. You will partner with the practice manager and leadership team to develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide the hospital toward excellence in patient and client care while supporting staff development.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state where you will be hired before your start date.
• Active DEA license or eligibility for DEA licensure.

Thrive Manchaca is a small animal practice located in Austin, Texas, providing high-quality, dedicated care for every patient. Our collaborative team is committed to a positive work environment and upholding the highest standards of medical excellence. We are open Monday – Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., and serve South Austin, Kyle, Buda, Circle C Ranch, Tanglewood, and Westwood Heights.
