We are seeking a Veterinarian / Medical Director to join our client's emergency and specialty veterinary hospital located in Rollingwood, Austin, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a talented emergency team in a 13,000+ square foot state-of-the-art facility while continuing to practice advanced veterinary medicine.

As the Veterinarian / Medical Director, you will play a dual role, delivering high-quality emergency care while providing leadership and guidance to the hospital's emergency team. You will work closely with the hospital management team to ensure smooth clinical operations, foster professional development, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

This position requires previous emergency experience. While prior Medical Director experience is not essential, successful applicants will be confident working in a busy hospital environment and skilled in managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of clinicians.

• Base salary up to $200,000, commensurate with experience, $50,000 joining bonus
