Compensation
- We'll pay you an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00.

Our Grounds team members are integral to our overall operations. Strong candidates will want to be part of a team, but comfortable working independently as needed. We value the ability to communicate positively and professionally with colleagues and members.
Shift available: 7am to 3pmYou'll wow us by masterfully performing the following key duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Remove debris, leaves, and litter to maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds.
- Plant, prune, water, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
- Operate grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, and hedge trimmers.
- Inspect grounds regularly and report any hazards or repair needs.
- Maintain inventory of landscaping tools, supplies, and materials.
- Notify supervisor of supply needs, including fertilizers, pesticides, and other materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to read and write and communicate effectively.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and perform minor maintenance.
- We provide on the job training so if you have experience it is a plus, but it is not required.
- Ability to pass a background check is required.
