Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $25-35/hr (depending on experience) Negotiable

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently climb and navigate large trees for removal or pruning
- Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
- Rig limbs and logs for controlled lowering to the ground
- Adhere to industry safety standards and best practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Assist with site preparation and clean up as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tree climber, with specific expertise in large tree removal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 3+ Years of Tree climbing Experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with tree care equipment and safety gear
- Strong knowledge of tree care industry safety standards and best practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of climbing and working at heights
