As Medical Director, you'll balance clinical excellence with strategic leadership, helping both people and patients thrive.

• Guiding and supporting a high-performing veterinarian team
• Shaping and refining clinical standards, protocols, and services
• Driving efficiency and best practices across hospital operations
• Ensuring an exceptional client and patient experience
• Building strong partnerships with the referring veterinary community
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing veterinary talent
• Monitoring medical quality and leading continuous improvement efforts

• DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
• Licensed in Texas (or eligible)
• Background in emergency or board certification in specialties like ECC, oncology, surgery, radiology, or internal medicine
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A confident communicator who can motivate, align, and inspire teams
• A forward-thinking leader who thrives on innovation and growth
