Are you an outdoor enthusiast with a knack for creating fun and engaging activities? Hyatt Regency Lost Pines is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Camp Hyatt Recreation Attendant to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing and executing a variety of activities for our young campers, including outdoor adventures, arts and crafts, and sports. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for making kids smile, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and lead exciting recreational activities for children of all ages, ensuring everyone has a fantastic time.
Oversee multiple activity areas simultaneously, demonstrating creativity and promoting a fun, interactive atmosphere.
Engage with campers, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of camp areas and equipment.
Monitor the safety of campers during activities, enforcing safety rules and creating a secure environment.
Set up and break down equipment for activities and events, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Share information about camp amenities and activities, helping campers make the most of their stay.
Assist in planning and executing special events and programs that will wow our campers.
Handle camper inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring every camper leaves with a smile.

Qualifications

Prior experience caring for children of all ages is preferred.
A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working primarily in an outdoor environment with all aspects of recreational activities under all weather conditions.
Open availability to work weekends and holidays
Must present an appropriate public presence in grooming, dress, poise, and social etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as with others.
Comfortable with public speaking.
A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
Must be able to pass a background check and provide references
