We're proud to be representing a leading 24/7 specialty and emergency hospital in the greater Austin area, now seeking a Veterinary Criticalist to join their highly collaborative and expanding team.
This is a hospital where specialty medicine thrives—boasting an impressive network of departments including emergency, internal medicine, dermatology, oncology, rehabilitation, neurology, ophthalmology, and surgery. You'll join a dedicated group of 9 emergency clinicians and 1 existing Criticalist, supported by experienced technicians and a leadership team who truly understand the pace and demands of ECC work.
The hospital operates from a large, purpose-built facility equipped with advanced imaging (CT, digital radiography, ultrasound), dedicated ICU suites, and fully integrated lab and monitoring systems. About You:
- DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
- You hold (or are eligible for) a Veterinary state license in Texas
- Diplomate or practice limited to Emergency and Critical Care
- Passionate about collaboration and advancing ECC standards
- Committed to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
- Competitive base salary up to $275,000 + monthly production bonuses (no negative accrual)
