Biomedical Equipment Technician II

What You’ll Do

Own the performance, repair, and calibration of complex clinical equipment—keeping care uninterrupted.

• Ensure critical medical equipment is safe, accurate, and ready when clinicians need it.
• Guide clinicians on safe, effective equipment use.
• Strengthen operations through accurate documentation, compliance, and smart inventory control.

• You solve problems independently—and others rely on your judgment.
• You’re fluent in both electronics and real-world troubleshooting.
• You communicate clearly with clinicians, vendors, and leadership.
• You take pride in precision, compliance, and work that directly impacts patient care.

• Minimum 3 years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering environment.
• Strong technical skills (systems, diagnostics, hardware repair, error code interpretation).
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (or TRIMEDX certification).
• CBET Certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.
