Confirming seamless end‑to‑end workflows when Resware connects with external partners and systems
- Risk Assessment:
The ability to identify potential failure points and prioritize testing efforts based on the business impact of a defect - Systems Thinking:
Viewing the product as an interconnected system, understanding how changes in one area can affect others, and anticipating ripple effects - Acceptance Criteria Definition:
Collaborating with Product Managers and Developers to clearly define "done" in concrete, testable terms from the outset of development - Minimum Viable Testing:
Balancing comprehensive testing with efficiency, identifying the essential tests needed to ensure confidence in a release, supporting our move towards a CI/CD culture - Defect Advocacy:
Clearly articulating the impact of identified bugs on the user experience and advocating for their appropriate prioritization in the development backlog - Bridge to Automation:
While primarily a manual testing role, an awareness of automation principles is highly valued. You should be able to identify repetitive tasks that are strong candidates for future automation and create test cases that are clear and well‑documented for potential automation engineers - Process Improvement:
