** Key Responsibilities
** Manages the company-wide quality/ reliability program and related business processes.  Includes the definition, specification, and implementation of standards, methods and procedures for developing quality/ reliability programs.

Develops quality/ reliability training and courses.  Monitors current training to ensure compatibility with current programs.

Evaluates and analyzes data to determine requirements for quality/ reliability programs

Manages the application of quality/ reliability activities in administrative areas with focus on consulting with operating units to ensure continuous improvement.

Evaluates current operations for performance against quality standards.

Provides inputs and recommendations for the adoption of good quality practices in engineering and manufacturing.

Provides leadership and support to subordinates in meeting quality assurance system requirements

Selects, trains, evaluates and manages employees to ensure the efficient operations of the function.
