Quality Manager

Our client is an innovative energy technology company developing next-generation modular Nuclear power systems designed to deliver reliable, carbon-free baseload energy ked by significant growth momentum and active deployment initiatives across North America and Europe, the organization is focused on transforming how advanced energy infrastructure is manufactured, deployed, and commercialized globally.

• Lead execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s developing Quality Management System (QMS/QAP)
• Drive audit readiness and support the maturation of quality systems aligned with regulated commercial deployment
• Oversee supplier and contractor quality processes including audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions
• Ensure quality compliance across fabrication, construction, inspection, testing, and documentation activities
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to strengthen operational rigor and quality standards
• Operate effectively within a fast-paced, evolving environment where systems and processes are actively being developed and refined
• Manage inspections, testing, validation activities, and documentation related to weld inspections, NDT, hydrostatic testing, and material traceability
• Drive Non-Conformance Report (NCR) management, root cause investigations, corrective and preventive actions, and quality issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders
• Support implementation and alignment with evolving quality frameworks and standards, including ISO 9001 and other regulated industry requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management within a highly regulated industry
• Experience building and improving Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) in highly regulated industries
• Demonstrated experience conducting supplier or contractor audits and managing external quality relationships
• Strong understanding of inspections, documentation control, traceability, NCR management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes
• Familiarity with regulated quality standards/frameworks such as ISO 9001
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where processes and systems are still being developed and refined
