Perform product inspections and audits of quality control programs, including first article inspections and calibration.;
Inspect flat blank layouts, conduct out of box audits (OBA), and sample/test incoming components and raw materials.;
Maintain calibration of inspection tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges) and manage gage tracking and calibration records.;
Analyze audit data, write reports, and implement corrective actions and supplier corrections to improve quality.;
Review engineering drawings/specifications and conduct quality testing to ensure materials meet standards.
