Flextronics - - Responsibilities:
Audit processes, test and inspect products and/or develop, compile and evaluate statistical data to define and maintain quality and reliability of products;
Perform First Article Inspection, root cause research, internal corrective actions and supplier correction actions;
Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to define quality and reliability standards;
Selects processes to be audited from manufacturing areas and checks for features including ESD and handling practices, documentation, training and process integrity;
Record audit data, apply statistical quality control procedures and write reports to validate deviations from standards
