Senior Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead operational transformation initiatives within the Repair Services organization. This role will drive cross‑functional programs focused on reducing repair failure rates, improving vendor performance, strengthening operational accountability, and accelerating issue resolution across the end‑to‑end repair ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong program management, operational excellence, vendor management, and technical problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive measurable business outcomes.

• Experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager or similar role.
