Real Estate Disposition Specialist

Iron Horse Residential is a growing real estate investment company based in Austin, TX. We specialize in acquiring and selling off-market investment properties to local investors. We're looking for a motivated and hardworking Dispositions Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will market and sell investment properties to investors using various tools and platforms. You'll be responsible for pulling property comps, preparing listings, and building strong relationships with our buyer network.

• Contact and build relationships with local real estate investors
• Pull property comps and prepare property valuations
• Create and post listings on Facebook groups, Investor Lift, and other platforms
• Send property blasts to our VIP buyer list
• Manage and update investor database
• Work closely with the acquisitions and marketing teams

• Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team

• Comping properties
• Experience with Propstream, Investor Lift, Zillow, Facebook groups
• Cold calling experience
