Position: Assistant Property Manager New Austin, TX (South)

Assistant Property Manager opportunity at Weinstein Properties. Location: Bexley 3

Five - South Austin, TX

Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $23/hour) and increasing based on experience + quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations.
  • Lead and support the on-site team; assist the Property Manager as needed.
  • Work with prospects: answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and tour the community.
  • Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and collect/security deposits; ensure sign-offs on leases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents: renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, add a pet, transfers, and account questions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance: walk apartments for readiness, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders.
  • Create a positive move-in experience and manage move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
  • Post rent payments and follow up on balances owed.
  • Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
  • Support a high-performing, collaborative team focused on commitment and results.
