Responsibilities include engaging with vendors, managing timelines for appraisal deliveries, and ensuring effective communication among all parties. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing appraisal workflows, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least 2 years' experience with Cotality’s CMS platform.
