• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive qualified traffic and occupancy in multifamily communities
• Lead new development lease-ups from pre-leasing through stabilization, implementing strategic marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with local management and stakeholders to create strategic marketing opportunities
• Analyze market data and leasing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve occupancy goals
• Provide advanced leasing and sales training to enhance team performance and leasing techniques

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily property management focusing on marketing and leasing performance
• Direct experience in leading new construction multifamily lease-ups from pre-leasing through stabilization
• Proven success in achieving occupancy and revenue goals in competitive multifamily markets
• Proficiency in property management software, such as Entrata
• Ability to travel up to 90% as required

• Exposure to student housing marketing and leasing strategies
• Experience with mixed portfolios, including both conventional multifamily and student housing assets
• New development or value‑add repositioning experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
