Leveraging decades of experience and a national footprint across 350+ Compass offices, CDMG delivers best-in-class sales execution for the country’s most distinctive residential communities.

CDMG is the exclusive sales and marketing partner for Loraloma Private Club & Estates
, a premier luxury residential community in the Texas Hill Country developed by Areté Collective.

Loraloma is a private residential community within the 2,200-acre Thomas Ranch masterplan located outside of Austin, Texas. Positioned along two miles of frontage on the Pedernales and Colorado rivers, the community spans 1,100 acres with approximately 60% preserved as open space.
