Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is seeking a motivated Licensed Leasing Agent to manage and lease a consistent pipeline of single-family homes and apartment communities across the Greater Austin Metro Area
.

You’ll be assigned a rotating portfolio of approximately 8–12 properties at a time, which continuously reloads as leases are signed — ensuring ongoing opportunity and income potential. From marketing to move-in, you’ll drive the full leasing process.

Agents located near North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill are strongly encouraged to apply. Must be open to traveling throughout the Greater Austin area for showings.

• $850 per completed lease
• Unlimited commission — no cap

• Market assigned properties through ABOR MLS and major rental platforms
• Generate and manage renter inquiries
• Respond to leads via phone, email, and text
• Conduct in-person showings throughout Austin and surrounding areas
• Manage applications, approvals, and lease execution
• Complete move-in inspections and documentation
• Communicate professionally with tenants, property owners, and internal teams

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Willingness to travel throughout the Greater Austin Metro Area
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
