JOB SUMMARY:

This role is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and well-credentialed commercial real estate/corporate attorney to join the growing firm in either San Antonio or Austin. The boutique transactional firm represents clients throughout Texas and the United States in joint ventures, sales and acquisitions, leasing, and financings. The attorneys have been responsible for handling numerous sophisticated real estate transactions, including the financing, sale, leasing and acquisition of shopping centers, office complexes, industrial projects, large land developments, multifamily, student housing, mines, and hotels.

The ideal candidate would have to demonstrate experience in leading, documenting and negotiating complex commercial transactions. No portable business is required or expected.

• Handle joint ventures, sales and acquisitions, leasing, and financings for clients throughout Texas and the United States.
• Contribute to financing, sale, leasing, and acquisition of shopping centers, office complexes, industrial projects, large land developments, multifamily, student housing, mines, and hotels.
• Lead, document, and negotiate complex commercial transactions.
