As a Leasing Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our business, directly impacting our growth and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tenant Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new businesses looking for commercial and industrial space.
- Property Showings: Conduct engaging and informative tours of our diverse portfolio of properties.
- Lease Negotiation: Work closely with prospective tenants to negotiate favorable lease terms, ensuring a win-win for all parties.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all necessary lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and local zoning regulations to provide valuable insights.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with tenants and brokers.
Experience: 2-3 years in real estate leasing or related sales (preferred; high-potential candidates with less experience considered).
Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (asset).
Skills- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
