As a Leasing Consultant, youll be the heart of the community welcoming new residents, managing leases, and ensuring everyone loves where they live. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, this could be your next great opportunity!

• Greet and assist prospective residents from tours to move-ins.
• Manage leasing paperwork, renewals, and CRM updates.
• Support resident relations and help plan community events.
• Keep the property looking its best and support day-to-day operations.
• Stay informed on market trends and assist with community marketing efforts.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure resident files are accurate and confidential.

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience (leasing experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (One Site or similar preferred).
• Ability to work both independent and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required
