Valiant Residential is seeking a Part Time Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy for our community while delivering outstanding resident service. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, handle applications, deposits, and maintain accurate records in the Yardi system.
You’ll work with the Community Manager to monitor renewals, assist with advertising effectiveness, and ensure policies are followed.
