  • Prepare and execute lease agreements and all required addenda, disclosures, and move-in documents using approved templates and e-sign workflows.
  • Communicate renewals, policy updates, and community notices to residents using approved templates; track acknowledgments and maintain complete records.
  • Create and track work orders for residents; coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs, proactive updates, and resident satisfaction.
  • Monitor community amenities (mailrooms, fitness centers, laundry facilities), document walkthroughs, and promptly report or elevate issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through proactive communication, service recovery, and follow-through on commitments.
What You’ll Bring
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Previous multifamily leasing experience required.
  • Working knowledge of property management principles and applicable housing laws (Fair Housing, landlord–tenant) or willingness to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain lease terms in plain language.
  • Customer service mindset with negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume communications and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Systems savvy: able to learn PMS, CRM, screening, e-sign, and work order platforms (experience with Yardi, Real Page, Entrata, or App Folio is a plus).
  • Cash handling discipline and attention to detail for accurate posting and reconciliation.
