Founded in 2010, Core is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager focused on acquiring, developing and managing across the student housing and build-to-rent (“BTR”) sectors. The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.

• Ensure availability to work a minimum of 15 hours each week, as determined by the Community Manager
• Commit to working full shifts, which consist of a minimum of 3 hours per shift on-site at the property.
• Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal part-time hours
