Real Estate Wealth Advisory ManagerWe are seeking a contractor to support real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory business initiatives. This role will lead cross functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and conduct analysis as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seat sharing initiatives, and relocations.
- Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.
- Manage initiatives from design through implementation, creatively solving problems and completing supporting analysis.
- Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong project management, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead initiatives and work through ambiguity.
