Austin, TX Commission-Based / Full-Time## About the Role Dawn Property Group is looking for a licensed Team Agent to grow with us. This is a great opportunity for an agent who wants team-provided leads, hands-on mentorship, and full transaction support — so you can spend your time with clients, not paperwork. You'll represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across both residential and commercial properties throughout the Austin Metro area.##
What You'll Do
* Represent buyers and sellers from consultation through closing
* Work and convert team-provided leads promptly through our CRM, and nurture your own sphere
* Host open houses and respond to property sign calls with speed and professionalism
* Conduct showings, listing appointments, and buyer consultations
* Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout every transaction
* Collaborate with our transaction support team to keep contracts, deadlines, and compliance on track
* Attend team meetings and monthly one-on-ones for accountability and business development
* Represent the Dawn Property Group brand in all marketing and client interactions## You're a Great Fit If You
* Hold an active Texas real estate license
* Are coachable, accountable, and committed to following team systems
* Communicate clearly and follow up fast — with clients, leads, and teammates
* Have reliable transportation and flexibility for showings, including evenings and weekends
* Want to build a real business with mentorship, structure, and shared resources behind you## Helpful to Know Pay structure:
Commission-based, with tiered splits determined by lead source (team-generated vs. self-generated), so you're rewarded for the business you bring. Full split details are shared during the interview process and covered in your onboarding agreement.
