- **** Job Details:**## General Notes We are hiring a full-time Social Science/Humanities Research Associate I in the department of Psychology. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail; show proficiency in managing multiple tasks and working both independently as well as with a team. The Social Science/Humanities Research Associate I will be provided with training in clinical assessments and will gain experience in general research administration and the preparation of publications and conference presentations.

This position is well-suited for individuals interested in pursuing graduate study in clinical psychology. Please contact Drs. Richard Brown (brown2) or Jasper Smits (smits) with any questions about the positions.

Responsibilities
* Coordinating recruitment efforts for ongoing clinical trials
* Organizing and overseeing data collection and study protocols
* Conducting clinical interviews and assessments
* Maintaining and revising IRB protocols and assisting with research compliance reports and procedures
* Management, cleaning, and preparation of data collected via online survey platforms
* Supervision of undergraduate students conducting data entry and other tasks
* Interfacing with research and clinical staff to maintain effective communication regarding participant scheduling, data management, and quality control.##

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or a related field. Prior research experience (including experience as a student).
* Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.*##

Preferred Qualifications Prior research experience in a psychology lab. Previous experience with data management and use of software programs for statistical analysis.## Salary Range $40,000## Working Conditions
