The University of Texas at Austin’s Oden Institute is seeking a part-time Research Assistant to prepare and execute ultra-large protein structure modeling workflows (>8000 residues) and adapt deep learning and physics-based pipelines for scale.
Ideal candidates will have a BS in a related field, Python scripting skills, and experience with PyTorch/PyTorch Lightning, as well as HPC or cloud-based workflows for multi-GPU training.
