Clinical Research Associate

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support a leading organization focused on advancing innovative oncology research and clinical development programs. This position is 100% Remote. The Clinical Research Associate will oversee clinical trial sites throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, protocol adherence, and high-quality data collection. Responsibilities for the Clinical Research Associate include:

• Conduct site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits in accordance with GCP, ICH, and study requirements.
• Partner with clinical sites to develop and manage patient recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Provide protocol training, ongoing support, and regular communication to investigators and site staff.
• Monitor study progress, regulatory submissions, data quality, and site performance while identifying and escalating risks.
• Maintain essential study documentation, including Trial Master Files (TMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF), and support site financial management activities.

Required Qualifications for the Clinical Research Associate include:

• 3+ years of clinical research monitoring experience with a focus on oncology studies.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, clinical trial regulations, and oncology protocols.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship management skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field preferred.

Compensation for the Clinical Research Associate include:

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
