Server & Brand Ambassador – Dallas

Top View Sightseeing creates one‑of‑a‑kind experiences by land and sea for tourists and locals around the world. We currently operate in NYC, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Atlanta, and London; and are looking to expand to Dallas. Prospective team members should be willing to perform both Server and Brand Ambassador roles, with professional food service, customer service, and hospitality backgrounds strongly preferred.

Saturday and Sunday weekend availability is a MUST. Anyone unable to commit fully to a Saturday and Sunday work schedule need not apply.

As a Server aboard our Tea Around Town bus, you will be responsible for all aspects of tea service. Your role includes organizing and tracking necessary materials, maintaining clear communication with kitchen and bus operations, engaging with guests, and resetting the bus for multiple trips a day.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Offer the entirety of our tea menu throughout the course of the tour.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging with visitors throughout their dining experience.
• Clear tables and reset them completely and efficiently to prepare for next guests and multiple trips per day.
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest service.

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Exemplary time‑management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

As a Brand Ambassador for Top View Sightseeing, you will be the face and voice of our brand, greeting guests, directing them to the proper pickup location, and maintaining clear communication and organization throughout the day.

• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Checking and scanning guests’ tickets and directing guests to the bus.
• Informing guests about departure times, stop locations, and other needed information.
• Collecting guest information to assist in resolving customer‑service related issues and concerns.
• Co‑ordinating with and supporting colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute day‑to‑day operations.
• Being responsible for company equipment.
• Promoting a culture of positivity.
• Monitoring the safety of employees and guests.
• Conducting and submitting various reports as assigned.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations.
• Knowledge of Austin, TX attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, and marketing advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; remote or offsite assignments may be possible.

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week. Must work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

$18.00 – $19.00 per hour
