This is a full-time and part time multiple positions on-site role for a Line Cook at Ciccio Bomba in Austin, TX. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of Italian pastries, breads, and baked goods following traditional Italian recipes and techniques. This includes executing recipes with precision, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, monitoring inventory, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaboration with the culinary team and assisting in daily kitchen operations will also be key aspects of this role.

• Knowledge of traditional baking and cooking techniques, including preparation of Italian pastries, artisan breads, and dough handling.
• Experience in managing a kitchen workspace, including inventory management, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices to maintain hygiene and ensure high-quality standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and prioritize to meet production timelines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the culinary team.
• Commitment to delivering excellent quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or similar professional culinary environment is preferred.
• Culinary or baking certification is a plus but not required.
