Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.;
Lead departments including Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.;

Ensure restaurant delivers great quality food, safety, and cost control; train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new items added to menu.
