Assists Executive Chef with inventory, ordering, and scheduling of kitchen staff.;
Measures, mixes and cooks ingredients according to recipes; uses pots, pans, knives and other equipment.;
Maintains a clean kitchen and enforces food safety standards; trains and mentors kitchen staff.
