Position: Dishwasher (PM)

We are seeking dependable, hardworking Dishwashers who understand that cleanliness, organization, and efficiency are critical to a successful kitchen operation.

As a Dishwasher, you are essential to maintaining the flow and functionality of the kitchen. This role ensures that culinary and service teams have the clean tools and equipment needed to execute at a high level. Success in this position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of dish and storage areas
• Operate dish machines and other cleaning equipment safely and properly
• Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries as needed
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Support culinary team members with additional tasks as assigned
• Follow all health department regulations and food safety standards
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to management promptly

Requirements

• Previous dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
