The beautiful Hilton Austin is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their talented culinary team at Austin Taco Project and Cannon + Belle!

Located in the vibrant downtown area, the Hilton Austin is known for its locally inspired flavors, and dynamic food and beverage venues. The hotel features two distinct restaurants:
Austin Taco Project, a lively concept offering creative tacos, colorful craft cocktails, and interactive entertainment including downtown’s only Topgolf Swing Suite; and Cannon + Belle, a modern Texas bistro showcasing farm‑fresh, locally sourced ingredients and elevated comfort dishes in a stylish, inviting setting. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll contribute to these innovative culinary experiences and have the opportunity to be part of a distinguished tradition of hospitality while contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

Flexible with the ability to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

As Chef de Partie, you would be responsible for supporting various restaurant outlets while helping lead the culinary team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare, season, cook and test food items for consumption in food and beverage outlets
• Perform supervisory duties to include, but not limited to, supervision of line cooks and acting in absence of lead chef
• Support smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, adapting to the needs and pace of each meal period.
• Assist with daily prep, inventory rotation, and maintaining an organized, efficient workstation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation standards
• Train, schedule and assign work and assist with evaluations of team members
